We have painted many Minnetonka homes and businesses throughout the years. We know the history of the buildings and what they need in order to look beautiful. Many of these homes still have the original cedar grooved shakes as their timeless siding, as well as their original wood sash windows and original doors. Lead is not an issue with these homes as they are generally newer, with the exception of some of the 100+ year old lake cabins and homes.

Minnetonka is the backbone to our famous Lake Minnetonka. With Ridgedale Mall, 494 and 394, Minnetonka is considered the center for the Western Suburbs. Minnetonka was largely settled in the 50’s and 60’s with a large amount of home development occurring in that time-frame. Lots have subdivided over time causing newer home construction as well as major remodels and tear downs to homes originally built in the 50’s and 60’s.
