We primarily service the Twin Cities Western Suburbs for residential painting work. We service most of the Twin Cities for commercial work. Western suburbs include: West to Delano, Greenfield, and Waconia – North to Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove and New Brighton, East through Minneapolis, and South to Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Chaska and Chanhassen.
There are many factors that go into a paint job to determine cost. How much preparation needs to be done? What is the age of structure? When was it last painted? Are you changing colors (one finish coat or two)? These questions are why most painting projects have to be seen in person to give an accurate bid. Square footage alone cannot determine the cost without knowing the condition of the substrate and the amount of preparation that is needed.
